Love is A Verb
One Week Christmas Action Plan
Day 1 — Welcome the new month with all of its possibilities. Put on some Christmas music & sing or dance along.
Day 2 — Take 1 Corinthians 13:4-8a and replace the word Love with your name and post it somewhere that you can read it every day.
Day 3 — Look up a local charity and find out how you can help. It may be a small donation or volunteering your time either in person or from home.
Day 4 — Think about a teacher or someone who has had a positive impact on your life and find a way to reach out to them, on social media or by e-mail, mail mail or by phone. Just reach out and let them know that they made a difference.
Day 5 — Take a drive and look at Christmas lights or search online for virtual Christmas light tours and invite someone to watch along with you. Spread that Christmas Cheer.
Day 6 — Plan a virtual holiday party or an in person party for those that live with you. Find a new game or activity to introduce. If it is a virtual party a scavenger hunt always makes for a fun competition.
Day 7 — Choose a favorite Christmas tradition from your childhood and write about it. This could be in the form of a journal entry or a thank you letter to those who are still with us as well as those who are in Heaven. Think about how you can pass along this family tradition by sharing it with others including Shazzy Fitness. Just post and use #ShazzyFitness #LoveisaverbChristmasChallenge or comment below on this and share your tradition with us.
